How I’m Feeling
I’m excited to give Whole30 another shot. I feel like I have healthier motivation for diving into such an extreme diet than I did a few years ago. I wasn’t looking forward to all of the cooking prep work we had to do to feed ourselves in a healthy way every day, and I hope we can find a rhythm for how we manage all of the new perishable food and dirty dishes passing through our kitchen. I haven’t hit a point where I’m feeling food cravings our headaches, but we’ll see how I’m feeling in a few days.
