How I’m Feeling

Today was a pretty mild day as far as cravings go. The sugar headaches started to kick in this morning, and have come and gone throughout the day. While I’m not sure if it was the time of day, or the lack of sugar, but around the end of work my head started to pound. I had a mild craving for something sweet/crunchy, so I decided to hop on the treadmill instead. I was planning to take a break today to give my legs a rest, but I’m glad I was able to walk them out and do a bit of stretching. While I got great sleep last night, I still feel very tired today.
